I love everything about this website…

I love everything about this website they stock the best brands. Recently I had an item that arrived broken, I was amazed at how swiftly they dealt with it. Brilliant customer services!

Beautiful objects, superlative customer service

I have bought several items from Amara over the years, and have always been delighted with my purchases. On the rare occasion when an item has been delivered damaged, they have immediately replaced or refunded it. Their customer service is excellent - many companies could learn from their fantastic example!

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service!We r frequent AMARA customers and have recently encountered the need to replace a defective received item ordered on Amara website. Customer service, Adam in specific, has shown great professional support and managed to resolve what seemed to be an uncomfortable/inconvenient situation in a smooth easy way. Well done and thank you for maintaining a high standard service !

I love the range of accessories!

I love the range of accessories!Although my order had delays, the team at Amara were very good in communicating these to me and keeping me updated.I love the items I got, and think there's something for everyone!

I have been delivered a broken piece

I have been delivered a broken piece, i believe it is the courrier company but amara handled it very well, they immediately send me a new one. they were very kind and supportive. thank you

Great Customer Service

Have used Amara many times and highly recommend. They have quirky unique items that are competitively priced.On the one occasion an item was delivered faulty, after one email and enclosed photo the item was replaced within days and with no question.Excellent customer service.

To EU customers : misleading information regarding Brexit !

This company is disgracefully dishonest , regarding the fact , that due to the Brexit , all EU customers , will be facing , when you're order does enter you're country , to pay extremely high fees , which are around 35% , based on ordervalue ....on top of you're orderamount !!!Those fees include : VAT , Custom and Duty , declarationformality by the courier , which you have to pay to you're courier , before you can recieve you're order from them ! I do now this for a fact , because of confirmation by DHL , Bpost , DPD and the official Belgian custom and duty office ....but when I did confronted them with this information , they told me that this isn't the case , and I wouldn't have to pay those fee's ! Besides I do have the proof thet they're untruthfull with making this statement by mail.....they also stay on to that lie , which you can see on their website ! Why they do lie about this issue ? not hard to guess ..because which EU customer would order with them , nowhing they're order would cost them , in the end , 35% more ? Regarding their standard deliverytime to Belgium , between 7 till 15 workingdays !!! .. those kind of extreme deliverytime from the UK to Belgium ? ....made an alarmbell rinkle , and most of the time , is this applyd by a few webshops , when their website is saying that this item is " in stock " ....but in reality , after you do place and pay for you're order , they are going to order this with their supplyer ....and if this isn't availlable at that time....it can take up to weeks before you finally recieve this item or not at all ! And right now their lieing again : with saying that delays in delivery , can take up to 7 till 15 workingdays , due to the currently border control's ! so , they use the current situation at the borders as an excuse ......when I already , long before the Brexit , could reed their statement of the same deliverytime !!! Offcourse it isn't their fault , that we , as EU customers are facing the consequence's due to the Brexit .....but it is a scandalous behaviour from them to lie about tis issue !!!

Great experience and service

I was hesitant shopping at Amara at first since I am in Canada but as soon as I saw the website I knew I had to test it out! I purchased 3 items and I couldn’t believe how quickly the items arrived. There was a problem with one of the items and when I needed help Rachel from customer service went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I had the best customer experience! I was thoroughly impressed with the presentation when my items arrived and I can’t wait to shop here again!
